Swedish Massage

Also known as a classic massage, Swedish massage is ideal for those who enjoy slow strokes and a gentle touch. While deeply relaxing, it’s also an effective tool for easing muscle tension and rebalancing the nervous system.
For targeted relief, choose a 30-minute essential back or leg massage (£35) or a 45-minute back, neck, and shoulders massage (£47).
For work on two major areas (such as legs and back), opt for a 60-minute full-body massage (£60). This treatment is especially beneficial for sports enthusiasts, those in physically demanding jobs, or anyone seeking to unwind after a busy day.
For a complete nervous system reset, stress relief, and a deeper connection with your body, try the 75-minute full-body treatment (£70) or the 90-minute head-to-toe session (£80). These sessions allow ample time to focus on multiple areas, including the back, legs, feet, head, hands, and abdomen. The 90-minute session also includes an optional facial + holistic face massage using natural ingredients.
Deep Tissue Massage

Ideal for those who enjoy deeper muscle work focused on knots and fascia, deep tissue massage offers an invigorating experience. Despite the focus on depth, this massage is designed to be comfortable, so there’s no need to worry about excessive pressure.

Cupping

Cupping therapy is an ancient technique that uses suction cups to improve circulation, release muscle tension, and promote overall relaxation. This therapeutic method can be especially helpful for relieving deep-seated muscle tightness and enhancing the effects of massage.
Cupping therapy can be added free of charge to any massage service. Alternatively, you can book a separate 20-minute session (£25) or 40-minute session (£45), which includes a targeted massage followed by focused cupping treatment.
